The Motherhood experience courses are designed for parents-to-be.
The courses focus on the mental and physical preparations of parents for not only the birth but also for taking care of their baby. The aim is for the parents to be able to offer their baby the best possible care straight after birth, which will make their baby content and it will be beneficial for the baby's overall development in tune with their natural predispositions.

The experience courses on childcare are designed mainly for parents of newborn babies up to the age of 4 months. Discussions with specialists are beneficial for parents with children up to the age of 6 years.
These programmes are filled with courses and discussions with specialists, focusing on information and practising of the correct handling techniques and communication with children, nappy changing, nutrition, teeth and nail care, putting babies to sleep, setting daily routines and all other skills with regards to taking everyday care of healthy and also sick children.

The "Bloom, Baby ..." courses are designed for parents with babies from birth up to the age of 3 years. The mini nursery is for children aged 1 to 3 years and doesn't involve parents' presence.
The aims of these courses are not only hardening, development of balance, orientation skills, movement coordination and strengthening all important postural muscles of the parent as well as the child during joint physical activities, but also practising and improving communication with each other, undivided attention and the child's overall development.

The "Swimming" courses with infants, toddlers and preschoolers are designed for parents with children from birth up to the age of 4 years. Swimming courses for children from nurseries and for preschoolers aged 4 and above doesn't involve parents' presence.
The aims of swimming are hardening, practising and gradual improvement of basic swimming skills at first, then swimming movements followed by swimming styles. The tuition presents playful, gentle and simple form of learning by imitating parents and instructors accompanied by songs and rhymes. Children are divided into groups according to their and level of skills.
